Executive Officers
The executive management team at KeyWorth Bank is qualified to deliver
superior service to the Bank’s customers. The executive team is led by Jim Pope - President and CEO, Neil Stevens - Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, and Paul Kirtley - Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Each of these senior members brings a unique set
of skills to KeyWorth Bank and its customers.
A deep level of expertise and a high level of integrity can be found in
each member of the executive management team as well. This synergy will
create an environment where highly credentialed staff members are

Jim F. Pope is the President and Chief Executive Officer of KeyWorth Bank. He has over 30 years of broad based banking experience. Mr. Pope is active in the community serving on the Board of North Fulton Community Charities and the Summit Counseling Center. Neil Stevens is the Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of KeyWorth Bank. He has over 18 years of broad based banking experience. Most recently, Neil spent eight years with IronStone Bank and served as the Area Executive for the Atlanta market, overseeing 20 retail branches, the mortgage operation, private banking, business, and commercial banking. He is a graduate of Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, with a B.B.A. degree in Finance and Business Management. |

Paul Kirtley is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of KeyWorth Bank. Paul is a CPA with a proven track record in promoting bank growth and increasing operational efficiency. Most recently, Paul served as Chief Financial Officer for Southern National Bank where he managed capital and liquidity while the Bank’s assets grew from $127 million to $340 million. He is a graduate of University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky, with a B.S. degree in Accounting. |

Alan K. Arnold is a partner in Peachtree V Capital, a
company investing in real estate and other assets. In 2002, he sold
Wade Automotive, which owned and managed automobile dealerships in the
Metro Atlanta area. He has prior bank board experience with Integrity
Bank of Alpharetta, as well as Integrity Bank in Jupiter, FL. He

Raymond B. Bachman is President and owner of BIS Benefits, Inc., an insurance benefits company based in Alpharetta. Mr. Bachman entered the insurance business in 1978 after graduating from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Industrial Management. He has been a licensed insurance agent since 1978 and an active member in the Atlanta Association of Health Underwriters. Organizer and Director. | |

Robert E. Binion has been
in the commercial real estate business for 24 years and is currently a
principle of Lavista Associates, Inc. He is also a partner with Forbin
Partners, L.P., a real estate development firm. He is a graduate of

Daniel B. Cowart owns and operates Dan Cowart, Inc, a real estate development and property ownership company. Mr. Cowart is also involved in outdoor advertising in Alabama, California, Illinois, Tennessee, Texas, South Carolina and Florida. Glenn Davenport is a 33-year veteran of Morrison Management Specialists, Inc., a $1+ billion healthcare outsourcing company. He served as Chairman and CEO from 1994-2006, took Morrison public in 1996, and retired in 2006. From 2007-08 Glenn was a partner and President of Horizon Software International, LLC. Horizon was sold in August of 2008 to Roper Industries. He currently manages a variety of investments and serves on several boards. Organizer and Director. |

C. Peyton Day founded Day
Holdings, LLC, a real estate investment firm, in 2005. Previously, Mr.
Day was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Day Hospitality Group,
a developer and manager of select-service Marriott and Hilton Hotels.
Mr. Day holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from the Georgia
Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia.

Dexter R. “Butch” Floyd
is President of Mail Sort, Inc. in Lawrenceville. Mail Sort, Inc. is a
one-stop mailing facility that does data processing, laser printing
and mail processing. He served on The Peachtree Bank board until it
was sold in October 2006. He also serves on the board of Metro Atlanta
Youth For Christ. He graduated from The Citadel in 1968 with a degree

Jeffrey M. Foxworthy has been a nationally known entertainer / comedian for over 22 years. In Jeff’s career, he has been a highly successful, comedian, author and television star. In addition, Jeff is the highest-selling comedic recording artist in history, and is a member of the comedy hall of fame. Jeff has been a resident of Alpharetta for over 9 years. Organizer. | |

Patrick Henry is a private investor in various real estate and operating entities. He has over 23 year or real estate development, investment, financing and servicing experience across multiple product types in major markets throughout the Southeastern United States. Formerly he was President of the Commercial Real Estate division of the Crescent Resources, LLC (2007-2009) a real estate development and land management company jointly owned by Duke Energy and Morgan Stanley and was a Senior Managing Director and President of Trammell Crow Company's Midsouth Region (1987-2007) where he served on both the firm's National Operating and Investment Committee's. Mr. Henry is a graduate of Auburn University with a BS in Economics and holds a M.B.A. degree from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.

Charles Machemehl, III is an orthodontist who has served Duluth for 21 years in private practice. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, and received his dental degree from The Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry and completed his orthodontic residency at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. Russell S. Reece is a
shareholder and President of Jackson, Reece & Scott, P.C., a certified
public accounting firm in Norcross. Mr. Reece holds a B.S. in Finance
from Auburn University and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Georgia State
University. He is a CPA and has served on the School Board for
Perimeter Christian School and as an Officer at Perimeter Church.
